This project was a fun project that I did to improve finishing techniques.  The top is Poplar Burl veneer and the pick guard was covered with veneer and stained another color.  The dye used in the stains was Keda powder dye diluted with denatured alcohol.  I later put in Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound pickups.
