My inspiration for this guitar was seeing the photos of the Maui wildfires burning up to the ocean.  The top is a resin and the body is Sassafras dyed black to look charred.  The neck is a Tigerwood fingerboard on an American Cherry neck.  The pickups are Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound.  This guitar also lights up with a string of LED's between the pickups under the resin.
